Award Ceremony of Mr. Lai & 148th Hakka Toastmasters Meeting (4/27/2013)

                                             

Mr. Lai, one of our best volunteers in L.A. Hakka community. 

He is recognized and awarded by Greater Los Angeles Taiwan Center on 4/27/2013.  Our April Hakka Toastmasters Meeting followed by the ceremony.   We all are so happy there to share Mr. Lai's honor.  One of our friends made a great comment after his presentation...Camphor Oil extraction is the early version of TSMC in the history of Taiwan.
